Modular Foundation - Our advanced system eliminates the need for site disturbance including excavation, removal of soils and concrete. Installation can be done in limited access and environmentally sensitive worksites. Weak soil conditions and elevation issues are easily handled and the system is completely relocateable and reuseable.

Modular Building Shell - The shell can be built using three different types of modular construction. All three utilize a steel framework and the best option is determined based upon client requirements.

Modular Exterior Panels - The structural insulated panels (SIP) provide strength, flexibility, energy savings and reduced construction time and waste. R- Values of 26, 40 and 60 provide a quiet and comfortable space that is integral to acheiving an extremely efficient building envelope.

Modular Interior Walls, Furniture & Workstations - The interior walls are insulated, acoustic and a flexible and relocateable interior building layout results. Incorporation of furniture and workstations into the wall system provides the ultimate in adaptability.

Modular Floor System - The raised floor allows for data, telecom and electric to be concealed and adaptable to change. It can also be utilized to supply and return HVAC. The floor is finished with various types of coverings that integrate with the requirement for flexibility.
