Assembly
Details
Mod5 buildings are designed
for easy installation and for the ability to add customized
options to fit your project needs exactly.
1. Mod5 buildings are manufactured and then delivered to
your site in forklift-ready racks that are easy to offload
from our flatbed trucks. These racks are clearly labeled and
hold several building panels in each rack. When your
foundation slab is in place and your building is ready to be
assembled, roof panels and wall panels can simply be pulled
out of the racks and laid out to begin assembly.
2. The installation crew will then assemble an end
wall on the ground and stand it up. Then, wall and roof
panels are easily added to the structure using locking keys
or bolts, and then are bolted to your foundation slab. Doors
and windows come pre-framed into our panel system and are
easily attached to wall panels according to your plan
layout. Support brackets are added and your structure is
ready for interior finishes.
3. Once the structure is in place, your customized
options, including floor systems, data
wiring, plumbing, modular interior walls, modular
ceilings, and any other customized options, are added to
your building to complete the interior finishes.
Since the Mod5 system is designed for quick and simple
assembly by non-experienced crews, assembly site work can
either be done by us or you can opt to have your own crew do
the setup with our field manager there for support. Your
Mod5 building can then be added to, dismantled, or moved as
your space needs change.
